Practical Information
Our mini-villas are available for rent throughout the season, with a minimum stay of 2 nights (please contact us).
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in from 5 p.m.
- Check-out by 10 a.m.
The front desk is closed after 7 p.m.: if you’ll be arriving late, you must notify us in advance.

* The kitchen area, dishwashing, and trash disposal are the guest’s responsibility. A deduction will be made from the security deposit if these guidelines are not followed.

Housekeeping
- Daily housekeeping (kitchen area not included): €20/hour
For your babies
- Crib rental (under 2 years old): 15 € / week

- Small pets (under 20 kg): €7 per night per pet
- Large pets (over 20 kg): €14 per night per pet
Laundromat
Payable on site; tokens available for purchase at the front desk.

Getting to the residence
From Bonifacio, Ajaccio, or Figari
Avoid the town and the port by taking the west ramp toward Bastia. You’ll pass several roundabouts; once you reach the Géant Casino roundabout, continue toward Bastia until the next roundabout—the Trinité de Porto-Vecchio roundabout (3 km north of Porto-Vecchio)—then turn right toward Saint-Cyprien. You’ll pass a restaurant on your right (Le Figuier) and arrive at a second roundabout: turn right toward Pezza Cardo. The Royal Palm residence is located 200 m down on your right, just before the Pezza Cardo campground.
From Bastia or Calvi
At the Trinité de Porto-Vecchio roundabout (3 km north of Porto-Vecchio), turn left toward Saint-Cyprien. You’ll pass a restaurant on your right (Le Figuier) and come to a second roundabout: turn right toward Pezza Cardo. The Royal Palm residence is located 200 m on your right, just before the Pezza Cardo campground.
